FAQ

Questions parents ask us

Can't find yours? Ring the office — we love a chat.

How long is the waiting list?
Seedlings and Sprouts places usually fill 6–9 months ahead; Saplings and Acorns often have September spaces. Book a tour and join the list — it is free.
Do you accept childcare subsidies?
Yes. We accept state childcare subsidy, the 15 free hours scheme for 3–4 year olds and employer childcare vouchers.
What do children need to bring?
Just a named water bottle and a spare set of clothes. We provide food, nappies, wipes, sun cream, wellies and puddle suits.
How do you handle allergies?
Our kitchen is nut-free and Chef Ana plans individual menus for allergies, intolerances, vegetarian and religious diets.
How does settling in work?
Two weeks of gradually longer visits with your key teacher, starting with one hour together. We go at your child's pace.
Can I visit during the day?
Always. Our doors are open to families, and Friday parent café runs 8:30–9:30 every week.
