The whole day

At a glance

  1. Hello & breakfast club

Warm welcome at the door, a quick hug goodbye and porridge with fruit for early birds.

  2. Free-flow play

Children choose: block corner, home corner, puzzles or the reading nook. Teachers notice and extend.

  3. Morning circle

Songs, weather watch, today's helper and a big question to wonder about together.

  4. Snack & stories

Fresh fruit, crackers and a story chosen by the children — often read twice.

  5. Garden & mud kitchen

Wellies on! Digging, planting beans, puddle measuring and pies made of mud.

  6. Lunch together

A hot lunch cooked on site and eaten family-style, with children pouring their own water.

  7. Rest & quiet time

Little ones nap; older children listen to audiobooks or do quiet puzzles on cushions.

  8. Studio: art & making

Paint, clay, collage and loose parts — the process matters more than the product.

  9. Outdoor adventures

Back outside for running, sprinklers in summer, leaf piles in autumn and big-body play.

  10. Pick-up & sharing

A photo of the day in the app, a quick chat with your key teacher and tired, happy faces.
